An organization opens an office made of rooms — open workspaces, private rooms, department rooms, meeting rooms, client suites and a break room — and members enter and leave them throughout the day. Six presence states show who is around. Room and direct chat, file sharing and search are built in. Meetings start instantly or by schedule; guests join through a time-boxed link and wait in a lobby until admitted.
Two products share the platform. KioskMate Office is for one company. KioskMate Landlord is for operators — agencies, consultancies, IT providers — who provision tenant offices, manage leases, invoice from one console and apply their own branding, while seeing tenant metadata only.
