Every figure below is read from the same plan definitions that enforce the limits inside the product, so the page and the app can never disagree.
- How much does KioskMate cost?
- KioskMate starts free and is billed per office, not per seat. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Team is $19 per month and Business is $49 per month, both billed monthly to the organization. Enterprise pricing is custom and agreed with our team.
- Is KioskMate priced per user or per office?
- Per office. One monthly price covers everyone in that office up to the plan's people limit — 8 on Free, 25 on Team and 100 on Business — so adding a teammate does not change the bill. Most virtual office tools charge per member each month, which is why their cost rises every time you hire.
- Is there a free virtual office plan?
- Yes. The Free plan includes 1 office with 7 rooms for up to 8 people, with presence, room chat, direct messages, file sharing and meetings of up to 30 min. It is not a trial: there is no expiry date and no card is required. Guest links, recording and analytics are the paid additions.
- What does the Team plan add over Free?
- Team raises the office to 3 offices, 20 rooms and 25 people, extends meetings to 4 hours and unlocks time-boxed guest links with waiting rooms, so you can host clients in a client suite without exposing the rest of your office.
- Which plan includes meeting recording and analytics?
- Meeting recording is included from the Business plan, alongside workplace analytics from Business. That plan also extends meetings to 24 hours and allows 100 people across 10 offices. Free and Team offices can run full voice and video meetings but do not keep recordings.
- What does Enterprise cost and who is it for?
- Enterprise pricing is custom rather than self-serve. It is for organisations that need unlimited offices, rooms and people, single sign-on and a commercial agreement instead of a card. Talk to us and we will quote against your headcount and rollout.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Plans are changed from the admin console, and your rooms, people, chat history and meetings stay exactly as they are. Because pricing is per office rather than per seat, you only move plan when you outgrow the room, people or meeting-length limits — not every time someone joins.
