Terms of Service
Last updated 5 September 2026
These terms describe the agreement between your organization and KioskMate when you create an account and use the service.
1. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for the activity that occurs under it. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
An organization is created and controlled by its owner. Owners and administrators can invite people, assign roles, change branding and remove members. Anyone joining an organization agrees that its administrators can manage their membership.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use KioskMate to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, distribute malicious software, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other organizations’ data.
Do not resell, sublicense or attempt to reverse engineer the service. Automated access must not degrade the experience of other customers.
3. Guests and client access
Guest links grant limited, time boxed access to a single meeting or client suite. The host who creates a link is responsible for who receives it and for revoking it when the engagement ends.
Guests are bound by these terms for the duration of their visit even though they do not hold an account.
4. Content and ownership
Your organization owns the messages, files, recordings and other content it puts into KioskMate. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit and display that content in order to operate the service.
We own the service itself, including its software, design and trademarks.
5. Plans and billing
Plan limits on offices, rooms, members, meeting length, guest access and recording apply to your organization as described on the pricing page. Exceeding a limit may prevent further creation of the affected resource until you upgrade.
Paid plans renew for successive periods unless cancelled. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the product develops.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the product before they take effect.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where usage endangers the service, or where required by law.
On termination, access ends and content may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
8. Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page and will be routed to the team responsible.
