What Teamflow is
Teamflow is a virtual office where the floor doubles as a shared workspace. You can pin apps — documents, boards, dashboards — directly onto the canvas and gather around them, which makes it feel less like a video grid and more like a room with things on the walls.
Its published pricing is per employee, with a separate allowance for guests. Seed is $15 per employee a month billed annually and includes 15 guests, unlimited meeting duration and 8 open apps. Business is $25 per employee a month billed annually with 25 guests and unlimited apps. The free tier covers 5 employees, 10 guests, a 45-minute meeting cap and 5 open apps, and there is a 7-day trial with a 20% annual discount. How KioskMate is different
Teamflow has a genuine capability KioskMate does not: apps pinned into the space itself. KioskMate has rooms, presence, chat, file sharing and meetings, but it does not embed third-party apps onto the floor. If collaborating inside pinned tools is the point of the purchase, Teamflow does it and KioskMate does not.
The pricing gap is wide in the other direction. Teamflow's Seed tier at $15 per employee means a 25-person team pays several hundred dollars a month; KioskMate's Team plan covers the same team for $19/month because the bill is attached to the office. Guests are also counted differently: Teamflow allocates a guest quota per tier, while KioskMate issues time-boxed guest links that expire and can be revoked.
